Submissions

Submissions for 2013 are now closed. If you submitted an application to perform, vend, volunteer or present, we assure you that we reveived it and reviewed it. If haven't heard back yet, please know that we're overwhelmed with the number of people who want to present their gifts at the festival; and we know we can't gracefully support them all.

See below for the dates by which you can expect to have heard a response for each category of application.

Even if we aren't able to put you on our stage, we hope you'll join us on the dancefloor. There are still a small number of tickets available.

Notification Dates

  1. Volunteer / Work-Trade
    Applicants will be notified of their status by June 4th.
  2. Vending
    Applicants will be notified of their status by May 15th.
  3. Music / Performance
    Applicants will be notified of their status by June 15th.
  4. Workshops
    Applicants will be notified of their status by June 15th.
  5. Artists / Art Installations
    Applicants will be notified of their status by June 15th.
