Your ticket(s) to Beloved: Sacred Art & Music Festival is a revocable license to the bearer and any accompanying child under 12. The facility and their designated representatives reserve the right to refuse admission or remove ticket holder at any time for any reason. The resale or attempted resale of this ticket at a price higher than that appearing hereon is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. The only valid tickets are those purchased through an authorized vendor.

The holder of this ticket voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers incidental to the event or purpose for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to the event, and accepts all responsibility for compliance with event rules, regulations and signage. The facility, management, event organizers, and all their respective affiliates, agents, officers, directors, owners, employees, and volunteers are not liable for any claims incidental to the event or purpose for which the ticket was issued, and are thereby released, discharged and held harmless by ticket holder from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or relating to its failure to comply.

By attending the event ticket holder also grants permission to event organizers to, without additional compensation, use, reproduce, distribute, and display ticket holder’s likeness in promotional, marketing, and advertising materials or on their websites.

All sales are final. No refunds and no exchanges. Lost, stolen, or destroyed tickets cannot be replaced. Keep your ticket in a cool, dry, safe place. Exposure to sunlight and/or water may damage your ticket! Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable for any reason. Event date, time, location, price, and talent are subject to change. Any claims for refunds due to event cancellation must be submitted in writing within 30 days from when the event was to have taken place. If the event is cancelled or rescheduled, management is not required to issue a refund if you are given the right, within 12 months of the date of the original event, to attend a rescheduled performance of the same event or to exchange this ticket for a ticket comparable in price and location to another similar event as designated by management, except as provided by law. Tickets are purchased at risk of inclement weather. Under certain facility rules, certain items may not be brought into the premises. All ticket holders consent to search upon entering the property and event grounds and waive any related claims that may arise.

Beloved Presents, LLC respects our customers’ privacy and is committed to collect, maintain, and use customer information responsibly. This privacy statement explains our information collection, storage, and use practices for our website and our other forms of online communication. This policy applies to Beloved Presents, LLC and its affiliated companies.

What kind of online information do we collect?
You can visit most pages on our site as a guest, remaining anonymous by not providing information about yourself. Without this information, however, you will not be able to fully access all of the features and functionality of the site. We do collect some limited information about your visit but none of this information is personally identifiable to you.

How do we use and share your information?
Personally non-identifiable information: We collect aggregated, personally non-identifiable information. This information includes: your Internet location (IP address), your Internet entry point (ISP domain name), your software and its configuration used to access this site. This data is not linked to your personal information and are used to: diagnose problems with our systems, identify and analyze trends, track user movement (anonymously) through our websites and electronic communications, better administer our online products, and gather broad demographic information. We sometimes share aggregate demographic data with partners and advertisers. Personally identifiable information: We receive and store any personally identifiable information you enter on our Web Site or give us in any other way. Specifically, we collect: (a) information you provide when registering or making purchases on the Web Site; (b) information you provide to our affiliates when purchasing tickets to a Beloved Presents (which is passed along to us); and (c) information about your transactions with Beloved Presents. We use this information to: complete your orders, send prizes to contest winners, send merchandise for online store purchases, contact you when necessary, and send information about our company, including promotional material. Also, we are provided information, including email addresses, from various partners when you enter into transactions on their websites.

When you make an online purchase from us, we use your information to process your order. We will send you emails to confirm your order, and we may need to contact you via phone, postal mail or email if we have other questions. In addition, you will be signed up to receive email updates about Beloved Presents upcoming events and offers. When we first save your information, you will also be automatically signed up to receive email updates. You may opt-out of receiving future electronic mailings by emailing us at beloved@belovedfestival.com.

Personalized experience.
In order to deliver information specific to your needs, or to make your experience more convenient, we may use your identifiable information in a variety of ways on our website and in our emails. These methods may include: sending you emails based on the information you provided or presenting you with particular offerings on our website based on your geographic location. When you enter a contest or take some action on our website that requires you to enter personal information, we may also use your personal information to automatically enter data into the required data fields for that contest or action.

How does Beloved Presents protect my information and my orders?
Data security with online orders: The purchase pages on Beloved Presents' website are serviced by TicketBiscuit, 100% secure and certified by GeoTrust. Click here to view their site certificate. Their ticketing system is embedded in belovedfestival.com by using a technology called “iframes,” which is like a website within a website. Since TicketBiscuit is embedded within our site, the secure icon will not show up in your browser unless you click on the GeoTrust icon or right-click on a purchase page – the website within belovedfestival.com – and view frame info, where you will see that the site is encrypted and safe. Rest assured that your Beloved Presents transaction is 100% safe and secure. Physical security of equipment storing personally identifiable information: Access to our computer equipment (servers) storing personally identifiable information is restricted to authorized personnel. These personnel have access to this equipment only for administrative purposes. Employee practices regarding security of personally identifiable information: Authorized personnel access users’ information records for the sole purpose of system maintenance.

How do I opt out / unsubscribe from email communications?
You may unsubscribe from our email lists by emailing us at beloved@belovedfestival.com. Please provide the email address you used when you created your account. Please allow 2-3 business days for these changes to take effect. Beloved Presents will not transfer your contact information to its marketing partners or to Artists after you have unsubscribed from our email lists. However, if your contact information was previously shared with such third parties, you may still receive email communications from such third parties, because they are not a part of Beloved Presents and therefore are not subject to this privacy policy. If you do not want to receive email communications from these parties, you should also contact them directly to advise them of your preferences.

How do we use cookies and web beacons?
Cookies: We use cookies — a small amount of data, often containing an anonymous unique identifier, sent from our computers and stored on your computer system. We set cookies on your computer for a number of purposes, including to: ensure you do not see the same ad repeatedly, deliver content specific to your interests, and save your password so you do not have to re-enter it each time you visit our site. 1) WHAT ABOUT CHILDREN?
Children 10 and under are free. Discounted tickets may be purchased for children between the ages of 11 and 15. All children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

2) WILL TICKETS BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE AT THE FESTIVAL GATES?
We highly recommend that everyone who wants to attend purchase their tickets in advance. Capacity is limited and we are likely to run out. Buy your tickets now to guarantee entry.

3) CAN I GET A ONE-DAY PASS?
Due to the need to carefully monitor capacity at the venue, we are not able to offer one-day passes at this time.

4) I BOUGHT A TICKET AND CANNOT ATTEND. CAN I GET A REFUND? CAN I TRANSWER IT TO SOMEONE I GIFT/SELL IT TO?
While we don't offer refunds or credits for future years, we do encourage you to sell or gift your tickets if you are unable to attend. All print@home tickets are barcoded for scan/validation onsite, so they're each good for one use regardless of who paid for them in our system or the name printed on them. You do not need to transfer the ticket into another person's name unless the ticket was arranged for will call pickup. Please email tickets at belovedfestival.com or call (971) 230-1808 if you selected Will Call Delivery and need to tranfer the ticket to someone else's name.

5) WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS OR AN ACT GETS CANCELLED OR RESCHEDULED?
Beloved will occur rain or shine and all acts and schedules are subject to change without notice. In the unlikely case that the event is canceled, the ticket price will be refunded (minus service fees). In the event of cancellation or postponement, an email will be sent to the email address provided by you in the ordering process to notify you of the event status.
